Raymond surprises Patricia by celebrating the Queen's birthday on their 10-year anniversary. Meanwhile, Grim is attempting to police shadowy alleyways of the Internet.

Grim is onto the case of his career which might be related to 'terrorism'. And Fowler is being plagued by a hoaxer who claims recently to have had morning coffee with Lord Lucan.
